1. Finalise Your Shot List or Run Sheet
Whether you are shooting a music video, product photos, or a corporate interview, write down every shot, scene, or setup you need. Prioritise by importance — if time runs short, you want the critical shots already in the can.
2. Confirm Your Team's Roles
If you are bringing your own crew, make sure everyone knows their role and call time. If you are hiring YMA crew, share your shot list with us at least 48 hours before the session so our team can prepare the right gear.
3. Sort Your Wardrobe and Props
Bring all wardrobe changes pressed and ready. Label props and have a designated person responsible for managing them on set. A cluttered set wastes time.
4. Eat Before You Arrive
This sounds obvious, but hunger kills productivity. Our studio has a waiting area but no kitchen. Bring snacks for your team, especially for full-day sessions.
5. Arrive 15 Minutes Early
The studio is booked to the hour. Arriving early gives you time to settle, discuss the plan with your crew, and start on time. Late arrivals do not extend the session.
