1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid bank transfer confirmation. Booking references are issued via email and WhatsApp. Sessions are booked in custom duration blocks (minimum 1 hour) based on studio availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 30% retention fee. No-shows forfeit the full payment. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice.
3. Equipment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for any damage to rented equipment during use. Equipment must be returned in the condition it was issued. Damage assessment is conducted at check-in and checkout. Insurance is available for high-value equipment rentals.
4. Studio Rules
No smoking on premises. Food and drinks are restricted to the waiting area. YMA Studios is not responsible for personal items left on premises. Sessions start and end at the booked times — overruns are billed at an hourly rate.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created during sessions belongs to the client. YMA Studios reserves the right to use anonymised behind-the-scenes footage for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
YMA Studios liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment failure or service disruption.
