Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- 48+ hours before session: Full refund of any payment made, or free rescheduling to another available date.
- 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund, or rescheduling with a ₦5,000 admin fee.
- Less than 24 hours: No refund. Rescheduling subject to availability with a ₦10,000 admin fee.
- No-show: No refund. The full booking amount is forfeit.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For bank transfers, refunds are sent to the account provided at the time of booking. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, contact us via WhatsApp at +234 803 456 7890 or email info@ymastudios.com with your booking reference number. Phone cancellations are accepted during business hours (8 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).
Exceptions
In the event of equipment failure, power outage, or other factors within YMA Studios' control that prevent a session from completing, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be provided at no cost. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor shoots follow the standard cancellation policy above.
Corporate & Bulk Bookings
Cancellation terms for corporate clients, government agencies, and bulk bookings (3+ sessions) are negotiated individually and specified in the booking agreement. Contact us for custom terms.
